This faith-filled retreat will be a day for "you." A day to unwind, breathe, rest, reflect, and receive all of God's goodness, as I share with you the magnitude of the God we serve. All I need you to do is Believe For It (faith) and BRING YOUR PRAYERS.

 

The prayers that have been resting heavy on your heart, the ones only God can answer. The big prayers. The tender ones. The ones you’ve been holding onto quietly.

 

Throughout our time together, we'll be reading Scripture and sharing stories of God’s miracles, grace, and faithfulness. Together, we will remember the magnitude of the God we serve and His power to move in ways beyond what we can imagine.

A journey toward grace, gratitude, and forgiveness.

We often speak about God's grace, but do we truly understand what it means to receive it?

​

Grace is not a reward for being good enough. It is not something we earn through our accomplishments, works, good behavior, or religious practices. Grace is God's undeserved favor.

​

Gratitude does not mean that everything in our lives has gone according to plan. It means we are learning to recognize God's goodness even when life has been difficult.

​

Forgiveness is one of the hardest commands Jesus gives us, yet it is one of the most powerful. When we forgive the one who has wounded us, our offender, the one who betrayed us, disappointed us, or broke our heart.

 

• We are not saying the pain did not matter.

• We are not saying that the offense did not happen.
  We are saying that Christ matters more.

 

Forgiveness releases us from the chains of bitterness, resentment, and anger that quietly imprison the soul.

 

Jesus tells us, “Forgive, and you will be forgiven” because He knows unforgiveness hardens the heart and clouds our ability to love, trust, and hope.

Forgiveness brings Freedom.

In the Christian life, gratitude and forgiveness are not optional virtues; they are invitations from Christ Himself, doorways into freedom, healing, and eternal life.

 

Jesus did not simply teach these truths with words; He lived them with His very life.

To die daily is not weakness, it is warfare. The apostle Paul declared, “I die daily” (1 Corinthians 15:31), because following Christ meant laying down pride, comfort, reputation, and even his safety. He lived each day as a surrendered offering, willing to risk his life so others could know the Gospel. What if surrender was not loss…but freedom?

 

What if dying to ourselves daily was the doorway to peace...
 

There is a quiet invitation in Scripture: “I die daily...” 

 

In a world that encourages control, self-protection, comparison, and striving, this retreat is an intentional pause to lay down what has been weighing on your spirit.

 

Dying Daily is a sacred, intimate gathering designed to help you:

 

• Release control and trust God more deeply

• Identify where the flesh has been leading

• Choose obedience over ego

• Experience Spirit-led peace

• Align your will with His

 

This is not about becoming perfect. It is about surrender.

 

And like John the Baptist who said, “He must increase, but I must decrease” (John 3:30), dying daily means choosing less of self so Christ can be fully seen. It is the quiet crucifixion of ego, control, and flesh, so resurrection power can rise within us. To be laid down is not to be lost… it is to be positioned for Gods glory.

We will conclude each retreat with a heartfelt simple meal, a spiritual time of sharing food, reflection, renewal, and the love of Christ.

 

As we gather for this meal, we remember that the table has always been a place where Jesus revealed Himself, in the breaking of bread, in the sharing of stories, and in the presence of His love. It is a moment of unity, faith, and fellowship.
